  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RETAIL SHOP SUPERVISOR

The Retail Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and driving sales to meet targets. They act as a bridge between the staff and management, ensuring the smooth running of store operations.

Team Management - Supervise and lead retail staff, ensuring a positive work environtment.

Assign tasks, set goals and monitor performance.

Handle staff scheduling, attendance and shift allocations.

Customer Service-Ensure customer receive exceptional service and address complaints or queries promptly.

Sales & Revenue- Drive sales by motivating staff and implementing effectives sales strategies.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

Upsell products and recommend promotions to boost revenue.

Store Operation-Oversee opening and closing procedures.

Maintain clealiness, organization and compliance with safety standards.

InventoryManagement-Monitor stocks level and coordinate restocking with Hq

Conduct regular inventory counts and address discrepencies.

Ensure proper display and arrangement of products to attract customers.

Reporting & Communication-Prepare sales and operational reports for management.

Communicate store updates, policies and performance feedback to the team.

Compliance - Ensure adhere to company policies and procedures.

Stay updated on and enforce compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.

Retail Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of retail experience as a supervisor or manager preferred
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
