Requirements

  • Must possess at least SPM or equivalent experience
  • Must have 1-2 years working experience in warehousing & logistics process.
  • Experience in Retail industry will be an advantage
  • MUST have knowledge using Microsoft EXCEL (Formula Excel Function)
  • Able to work in Warehouse environment
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Required skill (s): Teamwork, Multitasking, Interpersonal skill
  • Required Language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibility

  • Execute inventory management and stock chain according to company guidelines.
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure correct number of items in stock.
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
  • Reviews documentation and monitors product codes for discrepancies, and resolves quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery efficiency.
  • Confirm the stock received is the same as the packing list.
  • Monitor daily operational and administrative records with warehouse/inventory staff including receipt, issue, inventory movement, stock, all related stock/inventory.
  • Monitor the implementation of SOP for product handling.
  • Monitor inventory condition accuracy checks.
  • Fluent and experienced with any inventory system. Knowledge of Alaya Systems is an added advantage.
  • To perform any other duties and tasks directed by supervisors and management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
