Business Nature: Building Materials Supplier

Location: Subang Jaya (need own transportation to travel)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products to architects, designers, and contractors.
• Ensure product selection in design plans.
• Provide technical details, samples, and literature to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
• Conduct presentations and CPD sessions.
• Represent the company at events and trade shows.
• Offer expert advice on product application and installation.
• Address client inquiries and collaborate with the technical team to update product specifications.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities.
• Gather client feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain records of client interactions and project progress.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback and specifications success.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in any field, with preference for studies in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in specification sales or a similar role within the construction or building materials sector.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and design specifications and their real-world applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
