We are currently looking for a Expansion Manager to assist in new outlet expansions, oversee store fit-out and renovations, company growth projects, liaising with contractors and designers, and more (below). You will be constantly on the move, and no two days will be the same.
- Assist in company expansion plans, retail fit-out, and space planning to create the best retail environment in line with the company's targets, environment and direction.
- Assist in retail store expansion, renovation plan and new store opening within the given budget.
- Take part in retail renovation projects coordination, drafting and implementation of creative ideas and related details in setting up nationwide Company centers within stipulated deadlines. Liaison with contractors on the layout/design plan and renovation details.
- Post installation follow-up and report.
- Ensuring all plans and concepts are in line with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market.
- Support the team in achieving departmental objectives.
- Perform other job tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
- Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
- Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Recommending and approving funding levels and spending plans.
- Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, permit related applications
- Perform business development roles such as identifying new opportunities and spaces for company growth and physical expansion
- Liaising with leasing teams and real estate teams to coordinate new projects and openings
- Managing multiple new projects concurrently
- Manage the paperwork and administrative work of new leases and projects
Who are we looking for:
- Candidate with at least 3 years project management experience in a F&B industry.
- Added advantage: candidate with business development background.
- Able to travel & posses own transport.
- Salary : RM6,000 - RM7,000 depending on previous experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
