Job Summary:
Plan, execute, and manage projects to meet the project objectives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality. The role will oversee the end-to-end rollout MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) project. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to realize project benefits, while supporting IT change initiatives under the PMO Head of Department.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Delivery:
- Manage projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, maintain governance, document decisions, and ensure smooth project transitions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external vendors, align expectations, and address risks proactively.
Communication and Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and reports for project and program updates.
- Leverage tools for transparency and swift issue resolution.
Resource Management:
- Forecast budgets, assess business cases, and manage project expenditures effectively.
Process Optimization:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recommend process improvements, and standardize best practices.
Other Duties:
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years managing large-scale projects in Telecom/ICT.
- Preferred qualifications include PMP/PRINCE2, experience with internal platforms, coaching teams, and developing software/web technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM9,600.00 per month
Experience:
- Telco Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
