- Willing to rotate between EMEA, APAC and US shift (EMEA shift: 2pm – 11pm, APAC shift: 8am – 5pm, US-10pm to 6am)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and logistical assistance to the sales team, primarily focusing on tasks like managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales documents, ultimately enabling the sales representatives to focus on closing deals with clients.
- Support sales team on repetitive tasks that required massive data entry.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
