  • Assist in the ‘opening’ and ‘closing’ tasks of the building including opening/closing the main gas valve at the Arena counter with the `opening/closing’ manager and security. Prepare a checklist.
  • Assist in controlling company expenses (‘controllable’ type)
  • Monitor contractors who have contracts with such companies
    • Cleaning contractor
    • ‘Trolley pushers’
    • Dry and wet waste contractor
    • Used oil contractor
    • Contact contractor for maintenance & repair work. Send MRF to Facility Department for follow up action related to Facility code
    • Ensure the provision of equipment for meetings, promotions such as tables, chairs, carpets and so on in order
    • Report all matters involving damage to company property and ensure the cleanliness of property and buildings
    • Ensure that the night work to be done is equipped with a work permit with the permission of the store manager/admin
    • Ensure there are no obstructions on each fire prevention device
    • Ensure free bottled water at the service counter and ‘reusable bags’ are provided before the store opens.
    • Ensure key handling is recorded in a book
    • Ensure that the procedures for handling admin items such as stationery, plastic bags, `printed forms are complied with. Update stock calculation card (if any)
    • Assist in the management of staff lockers and transportation of company and staff hostels
    • Perform monthly stock calculations on trolleys, baskets, wheeled baskets and walkie talkies
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor & Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Retail industrial is required.
    • Good customer service skill.
    • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
    • Highly fit with no prolong illness or any disabilities.
    • Strong leadership and creativity.
    • Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
    • Pleasant appearance and neatly groomed.
    • Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
