Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and calibrate silicon rubber heater production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and electrical systems.
• Conduct quality control checks and testing of finished products to meet specifications.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to support production goals.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English is required..
• Mandarin-speaking is a plus to communicate with HQ or suppliers and read technical documents.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
