We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a startup while contributing to the growth of our business and developing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing Actively search and identify potential clients and candidates through online platforms, social media and networking opportunities
• Evaluation Process Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability and ensure their qualifications align with client requirements
• Client Coordination Submit candidate profiles and manage interview arrangements to ensure a smooth and timely process between candidates and hiring managers
• Offer and Onboarding Assist in negotiating job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for candidates to ensure both parties are satisfied with the terms
• Recruitment Metrics Provide weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2 years of agency experience managing either white-collar or blue-collar recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and client interactions
• Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong capability for effective problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
