Customer Onboarding:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our offerings Account Management:
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitation on monthly basis
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancement Retention:
- Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives
- Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically
- Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin as required for this role.
- Must possess own transport and required site visit
