Customer Onboarding:
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our offerings Account Management:
    • Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly
    • Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitation on monthly basis
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancement Retention:
      • Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives
  • Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically
  • Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin as required for this role.
  • Must possess own transport and required site visit
