Job Description :

As a 3PP (Third-Party Products) Technical Lead requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Telco ecosystems, including OSS/BSS, Network Management, and emerging technologies like 5G and IoT. As a 3PP Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing technical relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions, and driving the successful delivery of Telco projects involving 3PPs.

Technical Leadership :

  • Lead the integration and implementation of third-party products (3PPs) across OSS, BSS, and Network domains.
  • Provide end-to-end technical guidance on integrating 3PPs into Telco platforms, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for all third-party solutions, managing escalations and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Ensure 3PP solutions adhere to Telco standards, including TM Forum, 3GPP, and ITU specifications.

Integration and Delivery :

  • Oversee the technical integration of 3PP systems with Telco infrastructure, including CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network Management platforms.
  • Define and implement integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to enable interoperability.
  • Manage end-to-end system testing, validation, and performance tuning for 3PP solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of integration processes, technical designs, and troubleshooting procedures.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to define integration requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers) to align 3PP functionality with business requirements.
  • Evaluate third-party products and services to ensure they meet technical, functional, and performance criteria.

Project Management Support :

  • Work closely with project managers to create technical delivery plans, timelines, and resource estimates for 3PP-related tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks related to third-party integrations, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Conduct regular reviews of 3PP solutions to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on new 3PP offerings and emerging technologies in the Telco space to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ensure 3PP solutions are future-proof and scalable to accommodate evolving Telco requirements (e.g., 5G, SDN/NFV, IoT).
