Job Title: Medical Sales Executive Location: Johor Salary: RM 3,500- RM 4,000 About the Role: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Fulfill assigned duties and job functions efficiently. - Provide daily status updates and ensure smooth operational processes. - Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution, including holding regular meetings and feedback sessions with sales teams, customers, transportation, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations. - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails. - Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads. - Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities. - Explain and demonstrate product and service features effectively. - Stay informed about competing products and market trends. - Upsell products and services where applicable. - Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by management. Requirements: - Must possess own transport. - Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B sales background preferred, open to candidates from any industry). - SPM holder or higher qualifications are welcome to apply.
