Vice Principal

Leadership: Supervise school operations, staff, and student behavior. Support & Communication: Assist the Principal and maintain clear communication with staff, students, and parents. Policy & Compliance: Ensure school policies are followed and contribute to decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, informative, and aligned with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported - Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, and presentations - Provide feedback to students and parents on student progress and areas for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on educational trends Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Teaching certification or license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (languages required: Mandarin or Cantonese to deal with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking parents ) - Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles - Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
