Senior Technician

-Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installation services on machine. - Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests before releasing machines to ensure the machine conforms to company quality standards. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, provide efficient solutions, and ensure repairs meet company standards. - Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used, time spent, and issues resolved. - Complete service reports and submit them according to company policy for tracking and billing purposes. - Follow all company, local, and federal safety guidelines and procedures to ensure safe working conditions. - Use protective equipment as required and adhere to environmental regulations related to waste and materials. - Communicate professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of services, findings, and maintenance recommendations. - Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns regarding equipment or service quality. - Identify parts or components that need replacement and communicate this to management or customers as needed - Manage and maintain a service vehicle, ensuring tools and parts are organized and in good working condition. - Monitor inventory levels and request restocks of parts or equipment as needed. - Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. - Perform ad hoc tasks from time to time as required by superiors. - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field. - At least 1 years of work experience as a technician or engineer, preferably in the machinery industry. - Must have basic Electrical and Mechanical Engineering knowledge. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with several departments. - High-level of attention to detail. - Willingness to learn. - Possesses a valid driver's license. - Able to travel outstation to perform customer outdoor service duties from time to time.
