JOB SUMMARY Perform administration work within section and business division such as CAPEX/PR issuance, payment status monitoring, data maintainance and others. Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support.They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Summary and update plan vs actual investment expenses monthly or at interval time, Perform, check and monitor payment transaction to TC Partners by monthly with Finance and related sections base on invoices received, Organize hard copy document as well as uploading and maintaining data in company shared folder and OneDrive, Perform data compilation and maintenance in SAP for royalty computation and CRM event monitoring, Update and maintain data in both Section and General Manager Information Board at interval time, Perform administration work for section and business division like leave management, claim and advance cash request, hotel/car/flight reservation, meeting room booking etc.Undertake other tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time
