Personal Assistant (PA) Nilai Responsibilities: Coordinates the work schedule of the Senior Leader or any other person assigned by the Management by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, conferences, conference calls, video conferences, and travel. Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference calls, acts as the recording secretary when necessary. Performs secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters and memorandums; making photocopies, and files, distributing mail, etc. Assists in reports by obtaining information from relevant departments. To screen appointment requests and communicate with staff or visitors. Maintain documentation. Processes records and forms, receives and distributes fax documents, requisitions office supplies, and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management. Organize the office environment including managing and booking meeting rooms for meeting purposes. Prepare and send greeting cards as needed. Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
