This person plays an important role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Department while overseeing various aspects of backend operations within the store. He/ she responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between frontend and backend operations, leading a collaborative team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the Accounts, Human Resources, IT, Cash Management and other backend departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 2. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all backend departments, and implement measures to mitigate operational risks. 3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. 4. Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges that may arise, communicating with management as needed. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement support processes,procedures, and best practices. Qualifications: -Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Hotel Management or its equivalent. -Candidate with minimum 10 years of working experience in retail operations. Minimum 5 years in Managerial level. -Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industry -Strong leadership skills and professional image. -Demonstrable ability to work both independently and in a team environment -Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
