PHARMACY & STORE EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Requirements: • Minimum • Diploma/Degree• in Pharmacy or a related field. • Work experience• in a pharmacy, store management, or helathcare is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a • high level of integrity• . • Proficiency• in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good communication skills. • Strong organizational skills• and • attention to detail• in managing stock and inventory. • Basic computer skills, especially in • Microsoft Office• and inventory management systems. • Ability to work under • pressure• and meet deadlines. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing the pharmacy store, including • stock arrangement• , • expiry date checks• , and • proper storage of medications• . • Manage inventory and ensure • adequate stock levels• in coordination with suppliers. • Assist in the • preparation of medications• , ensuring patients receive medications according to proper procedures. • Perform administrative duties in the pharmacy and maintain • accurate records• of stock and transactions. • Liaise with suppliers for ordering, receiving stock, and managing invoices. • Conduct • regular stock audits• to ensure inventory accuracy.
