Regulatory Officer

General requirements 1. Diploma/Degree in a related field. 2. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). 3. Preferably have related working experience in an academic institution. Responsibilities 1. Have experienced in handling MQA documentation. 2.Involved in the preparation of various documents for audit (MQA, My Quest) and ensuring academic compliance. 3. Participate as an internal quality auditor and ensuring compliance to college’s Quality Management System, MQA and MOHE. 4. Prepare and review written correspondence, organisational communication messages, proposals, papers, minutes, and presentation with statistical data, as assigned. 5. Involves in convocation ceremony and ensure students records are accurate. 6. Other administrative duties as instructed by management from time to time.
