• Assist in prepare monthly financial reports, ensure accuracy and timeliness • Responsible for month end closing • Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate with timely submission to meet deadline • Analyse past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Collaborates with other departmental functions to gather necessary data and insights for accurate budgeting and forecasting. • Initiatives to study, review business drivers to drive revenue uplift and/or cost saving opportunities, productivity or process improvements • Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making. • Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance. • Assists in any other special/ad-hoc assignment or operation work assigned by superior from time to time and ensure ability to meet the predetermined deadline. Job Requirements: • Bachelor (Hons) in accounting and finance • At least 1-2 years of related working experience. • Self-driven and able to work within tight deadline • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill • Independent with minimum supervision and meticulous attention to detail • Strong organisational skills and ability to work proactively with strong problem-solving skill • Ability to make sound judgement based on limited information • High level of integrity, reliability, and work ethic • Good knowledge of SST implementation Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Pahat Johor
