Hiring! Position: Live Host Cum Marketing Company: Jari Tajwid Sdn. Bhd. Responsibilities: • Host live sessions to promote our innovative products, including Kad Jari Tajwid, on social media platforms. • Assist customers with placing orders via WhatsApp. • Follow up with customers on order forms, corrections, payments, and receipt issuance. • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions accurately, promptly, and courteously. • Support the growth of JariTajwid’s social media presence through creative digital marketing activities. • Collaborate with influencers to promote products and strengthen brand visibility. • Ensure all customer interactions and responses align with HQ standards. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). • Strong passion for education, particularly in Tajweed or related subjects. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in live hosting, digital marketing, or customer service is a plus. • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Must be proactive and creative in brainstorming promotional ideas.
