Sales Manager

Responsibilities 1. To plan and setup the system and right process flow for effective and efficient operations and cost management. 2. Develop and implement a risk management plan to ensure that appropriate internal control processes and procedures are in place. 3. To update the Management the industry related news which may affect the business operations and proposal solutions to mitigate potential to the business effect if required. 4. To coach, guide and promote unity and teamwork within the Organization and also within the Group of Companies. 5. To manage the preparation and the updating of all the communication, presentation, meetings and other related materials including reports and proposals in relations to business. 6. To perform any other related duties requested by the Management as and when required. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point. 3. Preferably with more than 5 years working experiences in chemical industry, especially related to glove or rubber industrial. 4. Highly motivated, result oriented, good team player with a strong sense of commitment with leadership skill. 5. Others related chemicals industrial are encouraged to apply.
