Special Education Teacher - Specialist Live Musician

 Administer all facilities and opportunities for students and provide appropriate coaching and guidance for students’ benefit.  Assist students with proper data and provide timely feedback on progress made regarding homework and projects.  Maintain and prepare updates of all records to ensure excellent academic performance.  Monitor and ensure compliance with all retention policies of schools and develop strategies to enhance 100 percent of students’ attendance.  Prepare a complete syllabus for students and ensure an appropriate listing of all course objectives.  Administer and ensure firm, fair, and consistent class control.  Maintain and ensure consistent performance of all students and provide support through gradation and assessment process.  Assist all students and provide timely data and feedback to enhance academic progression.  Coordinate with students and assist in selecting an appropriate career.  Attend faculty conferences, in-services, and professional growth-oriented programs in relation to all courses.  Provide all students with high-quality teaching facility assist all in the job market.  Maintain knowledge of all new trends and recommend improvements to assist students in teaching.  Perform regular assessments of students, recommend them to tutors for further learning, and evaluate performance by grading.  Perform & assist special needs musicians at live music performances.  Plan and teach music lessons tailored to students' unique abilities and learning styles.  Use live musical performances to enhance lessons and support sensory, cognitive, and emotional development.  Adapt instruments and teaching techniques to meet varied needs, ensuring inclusivity.  Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
