OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB The Protégé Human Resource will support the Group in key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing people and processes, making it ideal for graduates passionate about human resources. PRIMARY TASKS Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Support training, development and employee engagement programs. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. Help organize HR initiatives, events and wellness programs. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices. Provide support for compliance and reporting tasks. WORK ARRANGEMENT Location: Kuching Contract: 1 year, can start ASAP Working Days: 5 days a week. Working Hours: 8am - 5pm QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Capital, Human Development, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently. Good academic qualifications. PACKAGE & BENEFITS Monthly Allowance: RM2,000.00.
