Position: Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm smile and guide them through the menu.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.

• Deliver exceptional table service and attend to guest needs.

• Handle payments and ensure all transactions are accurate.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or bar is a plus, but not required.

• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts with a cool head.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Position: Bar Back

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing supplies (ice, garnishes, glassware, etc.).

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-maintained during service.

• Ensure inventory is checked and reported accurately.

• Support bartenders with basic tasks like glass collecting and dishwashing.

• Respond promptly to requests and maintain excellent teamwork.

• Attention to detail and passion for keeping things organized.

• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
