POSITION SUMMARY:

Mainly responsible to review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Perform requirements analysis, work closely with key users, business owner and ERP team to maintain, test and improve business process and increase efficiency of systems operations.

· Work collaboratively across all departments to gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.

· Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and assist business units to meet its business objectives and goals

· Key skills on business processes expertise, analytical thinking, business acumen, excellent in written and verbal communication abilities, and computer proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Competence Center:

Support Company’s Competence center and coordinate Key Users to ensure resource availability
Release or decline Change requests, prioritize tickets, analyze requests and propose possible solutions
Perform analysis of SAP system authorizations focused on the assessment of their current state and identification of excessive roles and potential conflicts – SOD

SAP Process:

Gathering process documentation
Taking notes from the end users and communicating them to the implementation team
Explaining and documenting AS IS processes
Understanding TO BE processes
Identifying integration points between modules and contacting other departments as necessary
Testing all business processes in SAP test environments
Capturing defects which appear during testing
Training the end users
Supporting the end users
Continuous process improvement
Monitoring end user performance
Determining ongoing training needs
Maintaining documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, manufacturing, business administration, IT or any related field.
Minimum 6 years working experience especially in MM/ Logistics related positions and process improvement experiences.
Familiarity with SAP and other business management applications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS (Task based)

SAP related:

Superior SAP knowledge level MM, SD, WM, PP, QM
Knowledge in User Information System (SUIM) on user-authorization data and role management
Fundamental element of internal control in Segregation of Duties (SOD)
Graphics understanding of SAP fields (SE16N) for structure and transparent table
Knowledge in SAP logical database or an InfoSet from SAP Query SQVI

OTHER:

Intermediate Computing and Applications skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint ▷_and Visio)
Functionality of Lotus Notes application includes e-mail, calendaring and scheduling, address book and client database
Experience in IBM Connections communities with customized widgets and consistently create new communities, updating data, creating blogs, wiki, forums of issues and solutions, activities and task assigning
