Role summary
We are seeking a skilled APAC Recruitment Partner to join our team. In this role, you will focus on end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting general People operations across the APAC region. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the APAC market, cultural nuances, and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
This role will be 70 % focused on recruitment and 30% on general POps responsibilities, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation. You will report to the Global Pops & Recruitment Manager based in Europe, with flexibility to work independently and travel regionally when required.
Key responsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the APAC region (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and align on timelines.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate feedback to stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment experience.
- Recruitment marketing – creating attractive job adverts and posts to attract the right candidates.
- Utilize regional expertise to advise on cultural fit, market trends, and competitive hiring practices.
General People Operations
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, documentation, and system updates.
- Oversee and maintain HR documentation, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and company policies.
- Provide general POps support to employees, answering queries and offering guidance as needed.
- Assist in coordinating training, employee engagement activities, or other POps initiatives as required.
YOUR PROFILE – what we are looking for:Key skills and requirementsExperience:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country role
- HR generalist experience is a plus
Regional Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of the APAC market, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, and Indonesia, with the ability to navigate cultural differences effectively
Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, and HR best practices
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills – you’ll be a trusted partner for both candidates and hiring managers
Language:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Additional regional languages are a plus
Tech-savvy:
- Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
