ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Manage and deliver office documents as needed.
  • Assist with the signatory process for Board Directors’ documents.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc cheque and remittance payments or collections.
  • Handle submission and collection of tender documents.
  • Assist in the collection of statutory documents and compliance matters (e.g., SC, IRB).
  • Support administration tasks related to record-keeping and filing.
  • Assist with requisitioning and storing of administrative stationery.
  • Aid in the setup, logistics, and maintenance of administrative events.
  • Support interactions with authorities and governance bodies.
  • Participate in company annual activities and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum SPM/ Certificate in any related field
  • At least two (2) years working experience in dispatch and office administration tasks
  • Possess valid driving license
  • Willing to work extra hours/weekend when required

Skill

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Responsible & able to work as team.
  • Willing to learn new things & taking challenges.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
