ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Manage and deliver office documents as needed.
- Assist with the signatory process for Board Directors’ documents.
- Provide support for ad-hoc cheque and remittance payments or collections.
- Handle submission and collection of tender documents.
- Assist in the collection of statutory documents and compliance matters (e.g., SC, IRB).
- Support administration tasks related to record-keeping and filing.
- Assist with requisitioning and storing of administrative stationery.
- Aid in the setup, logistics, and maintenance of administrative events.
- Support interactions with authorities and governance bodies.
- Participate in company annual activities and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum SPM/ Certificate in any related field
- At least two (2) years working experience in dispatch and office administration tasks
- Possess valid driving license
- Willing to work extra hours/weekend when required
Skill
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible & able to work as team.
- Willing to learn new things & taking challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
