Key Responsibilities
- Office and Warehouse Setup: Assist in the establishment of the new office and warehouse, including organizing workspace, procuring necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
- General Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- Business Registration Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for business registration with relevant authorities.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation for SEDA and TNB applications, clearly explaining document requirements and deadlines.
- Document Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected documents, including property deeds, identification, utility bills, and any additional materials required for regulatory applications.
- Application Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to track application progress, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Meter Change Tracking: Monitor the progress of TNB meter change applications, maintaining regular follow-ups with TNB representatives to expedite the process.
- Project Updates: Regularly update project and sales teams on the status of meter change applications to ensure smooth project timelines.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to team members, including handling travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 2 years working experiences in an administrative or business support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, PVsyst and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandrain will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
- Possessing own transport is preferred and willing to travel within the base area as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
