Barista - The Exchange TRX

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our team! As a Barista at Serai Group, you will be the face of our beverage service, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation and dining areas.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and positive atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
