Position: Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst - Mandarin Speaker
Location: Kelana Jaya
Working Hours: 9AM - 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:
Monitor status of Vendor Bank data validation in Orsoft (MDM tool) and take action when required.
Liaise with Master data teams and internal requesters to facilitate cooperation with bank certification tool providers and collection of missing data.
Perform Tier Two bank data validation. Ensure the assessment quality and lead time are compliant with the agreed SLA. Maintain and monitor SLA with the service provider.
Discounting of screening hits with internal documentation and external research.
Process requests for creation and update of Bank Key data in line with internal rules and standards.
Document management, metadata tagging, Naming conventions
Handling level 1 escalation and provide solution for closure of open points
Execute the data confirmation step for sensitive vendor and intercompany master data updates (including Bank data) based on the provided documentation.
Resolve discrepancies with Master Data or/and the requestor.
Experience in performing independent quality control reviews of KYC & Screening files and managing RCA, calibration calls.
Identify areas of improvement and implement adequate measures to maximize client satisfaction level.

Requirements:
Min 2-3 years of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Customer Service or Master Data management.
Degree or proven track record in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Data Management or similar area.
Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin
Hands-on experience with big ERP systems, like SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA).
Experience with MD workflow and data management tools (Tibco, Orsoft, ServiceNow) is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,300.00 per month
