Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our organization's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring brand awareness, market growth, and revenue generation. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership to drive impactful marketing campaigns and build strategic partnerships.
The Marketing Director will primarily work in an office setting, with occasional travel for events, conferences, and client meetings. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and meet business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the conception, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure a positive return on investment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend evaluations to identify opportunities and risks.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content marketing to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Event Planning: Organize company conferences, trade shows, and promotional events, ensuring effective representation and follow-up.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a successful track record of leading campaigns and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and design software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in budget planning and financial management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
