Assist in preparing and processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records regularly. Assist in income tax computations. Track and follow up on outstanding payments for account receivables. Providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and document management. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries. Support tax filing and compliance activities, including preparing necessary documentation. Support administrative functions such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence. Prepare quotation and Purchase order timely manner. Assist with inventory management and control Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management.
