Experience

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and mentor staff on HeyTea’s SOPs, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Monitor and ensure all team members complete weekly tests assigned by HQ.

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and comply with franchise standards.
  • Adapt swiftly to frequent updates in recipes and ingredient preparations.

    Sales & Performance

    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive and achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and report wastage regularly, ensuring optimal inventory usage.

      Knowledge Sharing

      • Facilitate the transfer of franchise updates and operational improvements to team members.
      • Assist the Store Manager in preparing reports and improving store operations.

        Quality Control

        • Ensure high product quality and adherence to HeyTea standards.
        • Perform regular checks to maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.

          Continuous Improvement

          • Proactively suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
          • Work with the Store Manager to streamline processes and meet business objectives.
