Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing friendly service
Processing transactions, maintaining cash drawer balance, and preparing sales reports
Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other drinks, and ensuring quality and presentation standards
Operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, and troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and assisting with restocking
Maintaining a sanitary and organized work environment, and cleaning and sanitizing work areas
Following health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
Assisting with menu inquiries, promoting and recommending menu items, and helping with store duties
Assist & support kitchen team during peak time.

Team player
Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 1 months’ experience in a related field.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
