Hiring, maintain and develop recruiting channels and post job advertisements; Search potential candidates and screen CV, provide valuable recommendation on the target candidate; Coach the external vendors to help them understand company culture, requirements to find suitable candidates; Arrange interview for hiring managers and conduct HR first round interview; Update and maintain recruiting data. Provide administration assistance for the training activities including new hire orientation, vender training course and internal professional training. Ensure the compensation practices are following current laws and regulations. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks. Conduct period audits, prepare and present report. Collecting timesheet data and payroll information. Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commission, etc. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentations and transaction. Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. Preparing all report related for accounting and auditing purposes. Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
