Payroll Executive (KL)(Contract)(Temporary) #MQE

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Executive at Recruit Express (Malaysia) located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for payroll administration, payroll management, finance-related tasks, communication with employees, and payroll processing on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities - Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for candidates - Generate customers' invoices and integrate data into Finance system - Prepare monthly sales/payroll report for management review - Process related statutory payment reports and ensure compliance with legislation - Liaise with clients and consultants regarding payroll related matters - Other ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications - Minimum Degree in any field - Requires good written and spoken communication skills in English - Strong organizational skills and meticulous - Working knowledge of MS Office applications - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
