Supervisor, QA/QC

• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementation at site • Study project technical requirements in detail • Plan and ensure implementations are carried out according to construction program • Monitor the work on site with quality and safety • Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of work • To assist QAQC Engineer implement the QAQC management system at site. (I.e. Sentul Point & etc.) • To ensure the quality assurance and quality standard of project meets the specification & requirement. • To assist QAQC Engineer in-progress inspection, identifying defect work, conducting in- house testing, in-house QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessments. • To ensure defect list is coordinated and rectified based on the standards. • To follow up with relevant trades’ contractor on defects rectification in accordance to correct methodology and timeline. • To liaise, monitor & follow up with the project team and relevant parties for the implementation plan/rectification works. • To work closely with the owner and to monitor all the progress of defects rectification and prepare the related documents including maintain the filing system for the QAQC.
