- Manage employee daily attendance, leave application and timely process of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDCorp, EA Form & etc. - Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, employee recruitment, hiring and properly maintaining employee database. - Maintain and update employee personal record and confidential information in personal file - Manage payroll administration on a timely basis and accuracy (by using Microsoft Excel) - Manage administration work such as preparation of letter for confirmation, adjustment, promotion, termination and memorandum. - Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
