1. To ensure Qualification Recognition Certificate as Accreditation Personnel by Department of Skills Development is fulfill and approved; 2. To manage, monitor and regulate skills training implementation in respective skills sector group; 3. To draft and prepare training procedure, assessment and implementation system based on Written Instructional Materials (WIM) guidelines and requirements; 4. To control and monitor training quality assurance system and internal evaluation based on National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) requirements; 5. To ensure evaluation to be conducted standardly and accordingly to National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) requirement and any regulation set by Department of Skills Development. All training and examination schedule must be checked and verified; 6. To ensure Skills Programme Accreditation Practice Code (Kod Amalan Pentauliahan Program Kemahiran - KAPPK) is adhere by all Evaluating Officer (EO) / Pegawai Penilai (PP); Qualifications and Requirements: • Relevant academic qualifications or industry-specific certifications in Food Production and Preparation (HT-012-2/3:2012) • Must hold a valid JPK certification as a certified assessor (e.g., VTO, PPL, or related qualifications). • Minimum 2 years of experience/ Graduate TVET-i encourage to apply. • Proficient in using assessment tools, maintaining detailed records, and preparing formal reports. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a capacity to provide clear and objective feedback. • Ability to engage positively with candidates and stakeholders, demonstrating fairness, respect, and professionalism.
