Supervisor, Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor, Parts Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily activities of our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of parts associates, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts, as well as maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. The Supervisor will also play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring excellent customer service within the parts operations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including the receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts. • Lead and mentor a team of parts associates, providing training and performance feedback to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of parts inventory. • Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure parts availability and manage reorder levels to meet demand. • Ensure efficient workflow within the department and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers. • Monitor and maintain safety standards in the parts department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. • Prepare reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and team performance for senior management. Qualifications: • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. • Proven experience with 15-18 years in parts operations, inventory management, or supply chain management. • Strong knowledge of parts inventory systems, order processing, and warehouse management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and parts management software (e.g., Service Information System).
