Assistant Executive, Flour Production

Job Summary To assist Executive, Flour Production to produce flour that is safe for human consumption while meeting the customers’ requirements and expectations, and to assist Executive, Flour Production to ensure smooth daily operation of the Mill and shall make the necessary arrangements i.e. manpower, SOPs, work instructions checklist etc. Job Responsibilities • To assist Executive, Flour Production to implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with continual improvement of HACCP/ISO in the operation of the flour milling production, from the raw material until the finished products and ensure compliance to Human Safety and Food Safety requirements. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to verify all the records and make sure it is updated. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to mill the stored wheat and blend the flour in the flour bins in accordance with the specifications in the Grist by the QA Department and order from the Logistic Department. • To liaise with QA Department in all aspects of wheat and flour quality. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to maintain good housekeeping in the Mill by ensuring all the machinery is cleaned according to the planned cleaning schedule. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to take charge of the cleaning schedule and physical product level in the silos, grain bins, raw wheat bins, pre-tempering bins, tempering bins and flour bins. Any non-conformances must be highlighted to the management. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to ensure the monthly extraction rate of flour 1 and flour 2 (F1+F2) is no less than 77.5% based on raw wheat and the total product gain based on the Raw Wheat Scale or First Cleaning Scale is no less than 102.5%. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to prepare the necessary reports and perform the daily posting in SAP. • To assist Executive, Flour Production to conduct training according to the planned schedule. Competencies • Able to lead and command the team of more than 20 personnel • Possess good decision making and problem-solving skills
