Outlet Supervisor

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff (servers, bartenders, hosts). • Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and manage schedules. • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address complaints promptly. • Oversee guest interactions, reservations, and service quality. • Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. • Conduct cleanliness inspections and enforce proper procedures. • Monitor and order supplies, control costs, and reduce wastage. • Maintain relationships with suppliers. • Manage budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting. • Monitor revenue and labor costs to meet financial goals. • Work with marketing on promotions and events. • Gather guest feedback to improve reputation and services.
