Assistant Human Resource Manager Job location : Kuala Lumpur Salary range: RM 3,900 - RM 6,000 Mission: The mission for this role is to have consistent minimum 95% fulfilled job positions every quarters. Outcomes: - To have 5 quality (A rank) resume per job position - To complete annual internship schedule with colleges and universities. - To ensure seamless new staff onboarding within their first 2 months through checklist completion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job posting, pre-screening interviews, conducting interviews with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking and crafting of package to offer candidate. - Process monthly payroll and statutory payments within timeline. - Maintain and update employees’ data and manage leaves and claims applications in HR system. - Onboard new joiners to the team (office tour, introduction to the team, schedule orientation, etc.) - Manage the team's Performance Management System by ensuring KPI setting and KPI reviews are done and documented on a timely manner. - Plan and organize in-house company-wide engagement activities to strengthen employees' bond. - Assist in any registration or documentation task assigned by management. Requirements: - Minimum possess Diploma (or equivalent) or Certification in business admin, human resource or related qualifications. - Commitment to the sustained expansion of your team. - In-depth understanding of appropriate duties and compensation plans for each position. - Familiarity with local labour legislation. - Working hours: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday. OT will be required if needed - Open to all genders and races - Proficient in speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia. (English is a must) - Minimum 2-5 years working experience in similar roles / fields. - Familiar with HRM software (such as Odoo/Kakitangan.com) will be an advantage. - Knowledge in Malaysia Labour Laws /Employment Laws – (Not compulsory) - Good communication skills, good attitude and attention to details.
