*To handle administration functions or secretarial duties in support of the department manager and/or professional staff in related matters. *Composes departmental correspondence and documents. Coordinates and completes administrative projects which may be of a confidential nature. *Transcribes or edits complex report. Receives reviews and distributes plans or requests for variance to the appropriate staff. *Prepare student classes schedule. *Collects and provides support materials, coordinates staff reports and prepares consolidation of reports for use by appropriate staff. *Greets and assists walk / call in clients and visitors. *Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing, faxing, photocopying and dispatching. *Typing duties include of routine correspondence and memoranda. *Coordinate and maintain records for manager, staff and students. *Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. *Support staff in assigned project based work. *Registration new intake student. *Follow up with students’ certificate. *Data entry into system. *Issued receipt. *Online registration on JPK website and submitting related document to JPK department. *Monitors students’ progress. *Performs other related duties as assigned.
