Job Description: As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for financial stability. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. - Manage accounts receivable, including timely collection and follow-up on overdue invoices. - Monitor aging reports, address overdue accounts, and minimize bad debts. - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues. - Provide regular updates on collections status and aging analysis to senior management. - Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications preferred). - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations. - Proficiency in financial software (Monitor ERP, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders.
