SILK SCREEN PRINTER

1.Ensure job material and press consumables are ready for each job as required, screen are ready, mix inks, stock in order etc.. 2. Make ready of press 3. Stock control for each job including stock preparation, production and segregation of waste. 4. Attainment of client requirement by match to proof, sample, or previous card. 5. Report any quality concerns to team leaders/manager as well as documentation on job bag for next department. 6. Assistance with colour management strategies as required 7. Make sure all paperwork associated with the job is completed accurately and in timely manner 8. Assist with managing space requirements within the pressroom by relocation of completed jobs. 9. To work as team for the success of the CGC department and HID as a whole. 10. Support organize training to internal staff, casuals, or contractors as required. 11. Ensure that all equipment is maintained to manufacturer's specification within time allocated as per scheduling 12. To pursue minimum wastes generation and assist in implementing waste reduction strategies. 13. To achieve realistic and achievable KPI as set by Management.
