  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PURPOSE • lead, manage, and optimize the organization's database systems, ensuring they are secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives. • Provide strategic direction, lead a team of DBAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective operation of database systems. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the DBA team. • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the DBA team, including task assignment, workload management, and performance evaluation. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth. • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the organization's database systems. • Communicate database-related updates, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactively explore and evaluate new database technologies and tools to drive innovation and optimize database systems QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE • Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 5 years of database administration experience gained in sizable organization • Significant practical experience in database administration is essential. This includes hands-on experience with various database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and an in-depth understanding of database concepts, architecture, and administration processes. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS • Skill in team management, resource allocation, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Project management skills for overseeing databaserelated projects. • Able to perform judgment and problem solving to avoid data incidents to in/external customers. • Able to communicate with colleagues and vendors at different levels. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex database issues, optimize performance, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
