Manager Group Procurement

Need to do: Key performance indicators Value delivery: insights and transparency of vendor spend profile, procurement performance and efficiency improvement Service quality: stakeholder satisfaction of procurement services and advice Supplier risk management: comply with policies and mitigate risks External & internal contacts Internal Group Office business functions users and contract owners Group Finance Operations/TIM finance COE teams Business Units Finance, Procurement teams, andvendor contracts owners in different functions GO risk, compliance and finance controls functions External Vendors External Consultants Decision Making: Procurement controls and key measures Data analytic, spend analysis and performance reporting methodologies and structure Change management planning and activities Have work experiences being Individual Contributor. AVOID candidates from the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Must Have: 1. Over 8 years experiences in procurement area. 2. Strong understanding of procurement best practice, process, strategic sourcing and risk management. 3. Solid experience in governance, compliance, policy & procedures and data analytics of regional organization. 4. Experience working in financial institutions, preferably global/regional insurance company and relevant experience in top tier consulting firms and/or risk & compliance function is preferred. 5. Hands-on experience and knowledge of vendor risk management and contracting process 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details 7. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and strong relationship management with stakeholders Bonus Skills: Knowledge and experience of source-to-pay system is essential, preferably Oracle Finance and Procurement systems
