PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Requirements:- -Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design -Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to work independently. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. -Preferably with relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibility:- 1) Production Pattern -Update, scan and upload patterns into the plotting machine software -Create and update specifications sheets for all apparels and related accessories -Draw patterns 2) Product Specifications and Procedures -Create and update specifications sheets for all apparels and related accessories with pictorial design drawings. -Establish documented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each Production Division and Flow. 3) Product Inquiry Order Processing: -Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders, from initiation to receipt, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -Computing costing for each order inquiry to provide recommended price quotation to end-user. -Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and warehousing to align purchase orders with company needs.
